SIKO has had more than six decades of experience in various measurement tasks since 1963: length measuring technology, angle measuring technology, speed measuring technology as well as measuring inclination and speed. Based on this core competence, SIKO develops and produces pioneering sensors and positioning systems for automation processes. We do not produce by chance in Germany, but out of conviction.

ISO 9001:2015

SIKO GmbH has been certified according to ISO 9001 since 1996; our current certificate can be downloaded here. Environmental certifications (ISO 14001) and energy management (ISO 5001) are currently not planned. You can find relevant topics in the Sustainability tab.

Special certifications

Federal Motor Vehicle Transport Authority (KBA) Road Traffic Licensing Act (StVZO) according to Road Transport Law (StVR) “E1”

Since 2019, SIKO has been certified by the Federal Motor Vehicle Transport Authority or the designated certifier German Society for Certifying Management Systems (DQS) for the development, production and sale of mechanical and electronic measuring instruments for path and angle measurement. The certificate is available for download.

UL

SIKO has been certified by UL GmbH since 2019 for the production of products according to the UL standards GPNY2/8 and QUYX2/8. The certificates can be downloaded for the corresponding certified products.

SIL2

SIKO has been certified by the German Technical Inspection Authority (TÜV) Rhineland for the production of SIL2 products since 2015. The certificates can be downloaded for the corresponding certified products.

AEO

With the approval of the AEOC, we have obtained the status of a particularly reliable and trustworthy Authorized Economic Operator.<o:p></o:p>
