Handwheels with integrated analog position indicators
Handwheels with integrated analog position indicators are used for positioning adjusting spindles in industrial applications. The handwheel serves as an adjustment element, whereby all SIKO handwheels are designed with a corresponding recess for mounting a position indicator.
Choice of handwheel material
SIKO offers handwheels made of aluminum and reinforced plastic. In the HG series in particular, attention has been paid to a food-safe design without dirty corners and with an optionally available stainless steel hub.
Handwheels in a variety of sizes
The SIKO handwheels are available in different sizes from 63 - 160 mm outer diameter, so that an optimum compromise between the required torque and available installation space can be achieved in each case. If the size needs to be even smaller from an application point of view, corresponding devices can be found as an alternative in the control knobs product range.
Different handles for SIKO handwheels
To make positioning as comfortable as possible for the operator, handles are available for most handwheels in the following designs: ball handle, cylinder handle and reversible handle. However, the design of the handwheels as a star grip (HST series) also provides a good feel for comfortable and efficient "turning of the wheel".
Handwheels from just one piece
The handwheel hub is customized to the specific requirements of the application. For this purpose, SIKO can provide an individually machined handwheel hub even for quantities of one. Different hub bores, additional keyways or pin holes as well as hub threads can be produced to absorb axial and radial forces as well as to transmit rotary motion safely.
